Biomechanics 2D Forces & Motion - Homework mini-project guidelines

Highlights: Mini-project homework guidelines: 2D video analysis of students' own videos of human movement.
Abstract: Video analysis is used as part of the Biomechanics 2D Motion with 2D Forces submodule, building on 1D video analysis in the Biomechanics 1D submodules. The lab activities (in another section) involve using video analysis with or without 2D force plates. For out-of-classroom practice students do mini-project homework assignments, taking their own videos of a human/animal movement of interest to them and analyzing it for 2D kinematics and the 2D forces acting on their subject. Included here are the assignment guidelines, associated student self-assessment checklists, and an example.
