Highlights: Introductory class, lab, and homework activities involving kinematics and Newton's laws in the context of human biomechanics
Abstract: This is one of the modules in the Introductory Biomechanics series, which are sets of student activities on mechanics topics in the context of biomechanics for an introductory course. This module of activities introduces kinematics and Newton's laws in the context of human movement and humans moving objects. Modeling the human body as a point object and looking at human motion as sequences of simple motion segments are key components. This update includes PowerPoint worksheets with click-and-drag features, many based on student lab data. These worksheets include a focus on visualizations.
